That said, last-minute bookings are often possible — get in touch and we'll tell you honestly what's available. Permit quotas for restricted areas like Upper Mustang fill up fastest, so book those 4–6 months ahead.

Yes — airport pickup and drop-off is included in all our packages at no extra charge. A member of our team will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. We'll take you straight to your hotel and spend the first evening going over your itinerary, kit checks, and any questions you have before the trek begins.

Yes. Groups of 6 or more receive a 10% discount on the base trek price. Groups of 10+ receive 15%. Corporate and charity expedition groups have a separate pricing structure — contact us with your group size and we'll put together a tailored proposal. We can accommodate groups up to 12 per guide while maintaining our small-group experience.

We accept bank transfer (preferred for large amounts), PayPal, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). A 25% deposit secures your booking, with the remainder due 30 days before departure. For last-minute bookings, full payment is required upfront. All transactions are secured and receipted within 24 hours.
