Do my clients need to create an account?

No. Clients access the portal via a magic link sent to their email. No username/password setup required — they click and they're in.

Can I white-label the portal with my own branding?

Yes. Add your logo, brand colors, and custom domain (e.g. portal.yourcompany.com). Clients see your brand, not ClientFlow's.

How does client invoicing work?

Create invoices inside ClientFlow, add GST line items, and send to clients. They pay via UPI, NEFT, or card directly in the portal. Payments sync with your accounting tool automatically.

Is ClientFlow GDPR / data privacy compliant?

Yes. Data is stored on India-based servers, encrypted at rest and in transit. You own your data and can export or delete at any time.
