Internship Programme — Design & Marketing

About the Role

Calling designers and marketers who want to build their portfolio with real-world client work. This internship covers UI/UX design, brand identity, social media campaigns, and content creation. You will work directly with our lead designer and marketing manager on active campaigns and product designs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating UI mockups, wireframes, and design assets in Figma
• Produce social media creatives and marketing collateral
• Write blog posts, captions, and email copy
• Support SEO tasks including keyword research and on-page optimisation
• Conduct user research interviews and compile findings
• Manage and schedule social media posts

Requirements

• Background in Design, Mass Communication, BBA-Marketing, or similar
• Basic Figma, Canva, or Adobe skills
• Understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Good copywriting ability in English and Nepali
• Portfolio of any personal, academic, or freelance work
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn fast

Nice to Have

• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci)
• Experience running Meta/Google Ads
• Photography or content creation background
