Internship Programme — Engineering

About the Role

A 3–6 month paid internship open to students and fresh graduates who want hands-on experience building real products. Interns work alongside senior engineers on live client projects, attend all team ceremonies, and receive dedicated mentorship throughout the programme. We hire from our intern cohort — strong performers are offered full-time roles at the end of the programme.

Responsibilities

• Contribute code to live client projects under senior engineer guidance
• Attend daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Write unit tests and documentation for your work
• Review pull requests and give/receive constructive feedback
• Participate in technical discussions and architecture decisions
• Complete a personal capstone project by the end of the programme

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from CS, IT, or a related programme
• Basic proficiency in at least one: Python, JavaScript, React, or Django
• Familiarity with Git and version control concepts
• Strong desire to learn and work collaboratively
• Ability to commit full-time (40 hrs/week) for minimum 3 months
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Personal or academic projects hosted on GitHub
• Any open-source contributions
• Experience with APIs or databases
• Interest in DevOps, cloud, or mobile development
