UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and visually stunning digital experiences. You will lead the design process from wireframes to final handoff, working side-by-side with developers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Build and maintain a consistent design system
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity
• Present design decisions to clients and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools

Requirements

• 2+ years of UI/UX design experience
• Proficiency in Figma (required) and Adobe XD
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design work
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

Nice to Have

• Motion design or micro-interaction experience
• Experience with design-to-code tools like Framer or Webflow
• Background in brand identity design
